I have been experiencing spontaneous re-starts with my Azbox ME mini. Usually happens when performing some kind of function with the remote - and no pattern as to when it will happen. Sometimes after just a couple minutes of use, sometimes after an hour or more. Totally random. So, is Azbox working on a patch/fix for this. It is really starting to get old.....and annoying!!

Is your receiver connected to the Internet?  If so, try to change the following settings:

System settings -> Network -> Time synchronization

and changing Synchroinzation via to NTP instead of DVB.

We have identified specific situations which can occasionally cause the receiver to reboot by itself.  Changing time synchronization from DVB to NTP on an Internet connected unit greatly reduces the frequency of this issue from occurring.

A fix is currently being implemented as we speak by our development team and will be released in our upcoming firmware update.

Thank you for your patience,

Firmware version 2.20 which is now available fully resolves this issue.
